After more than two decades inside the fashion industry - from luxury giants to global mass-market brands - I saw a pattern that couldn’t be ignored: high-performing leaders were burning out, teams were disconnected, and growth often came at the expense of wellbeing.

So I created ROOM 102 to change that.

Today, I work with executives, founders, and leadership teams in fashion and creative industries to build brands and lead businesses that grow with purpose and resilience - from the inside out.

Blending strategic consulting with coaching, embodiment, and nervous system regulation, I guide individuals and organisations through deep, lasting transformation using The INNER LEAD Method™ - a unique framework grounded in emotional resilience, leadership science, and real-world industry insight.

My approach is holistic and human.

It’s informed by my own journey through burnout, identity loss, and the pressure to lead from performance over presence.

As an accredited embodiment coach, NLP practitioner, consultant, and yoga teacher, I meet each client with empathy, clarity, and the tools to create meaningful impact.
