MY STORY
I spent 25 years inside fashion and luxury senior roles at some of the industry’s most demanding organisations, including Chalhoub Group and Al Tayer Group, and working across brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Saint Laurent, Celine, and Chloé.
I was good at my job. I was also running on empty.
I experienced burnout firsthand.
The pressure to perform, the disconnection from self, the identity that gets so wrapped up in the role that you stop knowing where the leader ends and the person begins.
I watched the same pattern play out in the people around me talented, capable leaders quietly eroding under the weight of an industry that does not slow down.
That experience did not make me leave the industry. It made me go deeper into understanding what actually changes leadership behaviour not just what looks good in a development programme.
I retrained. I studied embodiment, neuroscience, and the nervous system.
I built a methodology that works in the real world, under real pressure, inside real organisations.
