The burnout workshop was very informative and highly applicable to daily life. It provided tools and tricks to help you become more conscious of yourself, listen to your body, understand what’s happening and take action before reaching the burnout stage. This workshop is not only useful for the corporate world but also anyone in a fast paced environment.
During our session, it was encouraging to see male colleagues participating, as these discussions have traditionally been more female focused. It was great to witness that men also experience burnout, though they don’t often speak about it due to societal taboos.
Finally, it is absolutely essential that companies incorporate such topics into their culture for the wellbeing of their employees, which will lead to better productivity and open mindedness.
